Real Supervision is for psychologists who are working with children, young people or adults. You may be working for a local authority, the voluntary sector, a support service or independently. As a psychologist you will understand the value and importance of regular supervision. Good quality supervision can be difficult to find. Real Supervision is an innovative service which we are sure can make a positive contribution to your continuing professional development.

Currently, our supervisors are educational psychologists. We have a network of Clinical, Business and Counselling Psychologists who could also act as supervisors. Should you require specialist requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs.

You will be looking for futher support to help you reflect upon and improve your practice. The supervisors will be able to help you discuss solutions, think through your needs and consider next steps. You can discuss any aspect of your working life.
